THE VENUE
The Tallinn Digital Summit will be held at the National Library of Estonia (located at Tõnismägi 2, Tallinn) on 5-6 November 2026. The venue is situated in the heart of the city and is easily accessible by both private and public transport. For guidance on the most convenient public transport routes or taxi services, please consult your hotel reception.

ACCOMMODATION
The following hotels will provide special rates for our guests from 4-7 November.

ACCREDITATION
Accreditation for the Tallinn Digital Summit will open on 4 November at the Radisson Collection Hotel (located at 3 Rävala Street, Tallinn) between 11:00–19:00, where delegates may collect their Summit badges in advance. From 5–6 November, accreditation will be available at the Summit venue’s main entrance, starting at 09:00 and will continue throughout both days.
Badges will be issued upon presentation of the QR code sent to your email by Fienta and a valid form of identification at accreditation desks. Delegates are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times, badges are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Delegates are encouraged to collect their badges in advance on 4 November to facilitate a smooth entry to the venue. To minimise waiting times, particularly prior to the Summit’s opening on the first day, early arrival is recommended.
CATERING
All accredited Summit delegates will enjoy complimentary catering throughout both days of the event, including coffee breaks, light refreshments, and a varied lunch selection served at the venue. Attendees will also have access to a dedicated networking bar offering beverages and a relaxed setting for informal discussions and connections after sessions on Thursday.
NETWORKING
To facilitate networking among delegates, the Brella platform will be used. Through Brella, delegates may identify others of interest, schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and access key information about the Summit. A link to the platform will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
