One Month to Go
Tallinn Digital Summit, hosted by Prime Minister Kristen Michal, will bring 1,000 delegates from more than 70 countries to the Estonian capital for two days of strategic dialogue on artificial intelligence, digital security, and global cooperation, exploring how to thrive in the agentic era.
Tallinn Digital Summit 2026 will take place on November 5–6, 2026, at the Estonian National Library.
This year's central question, "How to Thrive in the Agentic Era?", is structured around three pillars: Competitiveness, Security, and Efficiency. The Summit will focus on translating high expectations for AI into pragmatic, trusted, and accountable solutions.
High-level officials and visionaries have been added to the speakers' list, such as Anne Le Hénanff, Minister for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs of France, as well as ministers for AI and digitalisation from Chile, Finland, Ireland, Malta, Portugal, the Netherlands, and the UK. Mathias Cormann, Secretary-General of the OECD, will attend the summit. Peter Sarlin, founder of Nest AI, has confirmed his participation.
Among the confirmed speakers are European Commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva; former President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves; State Secretary Milen Starke from Thuringia, Germany; Government CIO Mohamed Al Kuwaiti from the United Arab Emirates; Professor Stuart Russell from the University of California, Berkeley; Professor Susan Perry from the American University of Paris; Jaan Tallinn from the Future of Life Institute (one of the first investors in Anthropic); Freddy Dezeure from Microsoft; Mark Surman from Mozilla; Susan Nesbitt from Cantellus Group and the OpenAI Red Team; Sasha Rubel from Amazon Web Services; and Esben Gadsbøll from Defense Innovation. The 2026 edition marks the 9th Tallinn Digital Summit, an invitation-only forum for constructive, pragmatic dialogue among leaders from the political, business, innovation, financial, digital, and defence domains. Tallinn is the capital of the world's first fully digital society, a country that does not theorise about the agentic state but is building one.
Participation is by invitation only. Prospective delegates are invited to apply for a delegate pass at tds.icds.ee and to follow the official Tallinn Digital Summit channels for speaker announcements and programme updates.
